Dr. Gayan Poovendran is the co-founder and co-owner of PRO Institute, Poovendran Regenerative Orthopedic Institute, in Davie, FL.  He has been involved in regenerative medicine for over 15 years, dating back to presenting on prolotherapy and PRP during his family medicine residency.  He is dual board certified in Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine, receiving both his residency and fellowship education at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH.  His patients vary from weekend warriors to professional athletes and celebrities.  He believes in a holistic approach to regenerative medicine including ozone therapy, peptide therapy, supplementation, and other adjuvant therapies.
