By accessing or using our website and services—including in-person regenerative medicine training courses, online ultrasound training tools, and in-office ultrasound sessions—you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or making any purchases.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, registering for courses, or accessing any GCB training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Eligibility
Our training programs are designed for licensed medical professionals and healthcare practitioners. By registering, you confirm that you meet all necessary licensure and certification requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
Course Registration & Payment
- All registrations must be completed through the GCB website or authorized representatives.
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure enrollment.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved third-party processors.
- Upon confirmation of payment, registrants will receive a confirmation email with relevant details.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
- In-office training sessions must be scheduled at least 21 days in advance and within a three-month window from the time of booking.
- GCB will work with you to confirm your selected date and personalize the training experience.
- Training dates may be subject to change based on trainer availability. Should no mutually acceptable date be found, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled training may incur a cancellation fee or partial refund at GCB’s discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows.
International Registrants
Gulf Coast Biologics welcomes international participants. However, it is your responsibility to:
- Ensure that your professional credentials are valid and recognized in your country of practice.
- Comply with any visa, travel, or regulatory requirements for participating in U.S.-based training.
- Understand that course content is delivered in English unless otherwise specified.
- Acknowledge that any use of GCB’s educational materials must be consistent with the laws and medical guidelines of your country.
HIPAA Compliance
GCB is committed to protecting the privacy and security of health-related information. While our training services are educational and do not involve direct patient care, all participants are expected to adhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards when:
- Discussing case studies or sharing clinical examples
- Participating in hands-on sessions involving simulated or de-identified data
- Accessing any tools or content that may involve personal health information (PHI)
You agree not to disclose any protected health information during or after your participation in any GCB course or training session.
Intellectual Property
All materials—including videos, documents, course content, and digital tools—are the intellectual property of Gulf Coast Biologics and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, share, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree to use the GCB website and services in a professional, lawful manner. You may not:
- Misrepresent your identity, licensure, or qualifications
- Use course materials for unauthorized or commercial purposes
- Interfere with the functionality or security of the website
- Distribute harmful software, spam, or offensive content
Disclaimers
- GCB makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, up-to-date training content, but cannot guarantee specific clinical results or outcomes.
- All training is intended for continuing education and does not substitute for clinical licensing or board certification.
- GCB assumes no liability for the application of educational content in individual clinical practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Coast Biologics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, training, or services.

GCB reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
