With a focus on optimizing therapeutic outcomes, Ewa plays a pivotal role in ensuring that EmCyte’s biologic technologies are implemented safely, effectively, and in alignment with best clinical practices.

Her responsibilities span the full clinical spectrum—from pre-treatment product preparation to post-procedural application guidance. Ewa works directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams, providing hands-on training and real-time support for the preparation of autologous biologics such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow concentrate (BMC). Her expertise extends to the operation of EmCyte’s advanced centrifuge systems and biologic processing devices, with a particular emphasis on protocol customization to meet the needs of diverse specialties including orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, aesthetics, and wound care.

Ewa is a lead educator for both EmCyte Corporation and Gulf Coast Biologics, where she regularly conducts workshops, live demonstrations, and clinical in-services. She designs and delivers training programs that not only demonstrate product functionality but also guide practitioners through the clinical decision-making process, helping them understand the underlying science, indications, and best-use scenarios for regenerative therapeutics.
