With over 11 years of experience in customer care, Marissa brings depth and maturity to every client interaction. She manages a wide range of responsibilities, including addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, processing feedback, and providing timely and effective solutions. Her ability to communicate openly and clearly has earned her the trust and appreciation of EmCyte’s diverse client base. Marissa also plays a key role in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, implementing strategies that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Recognized for her compassion, consistency, and professionalism, Marissa has steadily advanced within the organization and now serves as Executive Assistant to EmCyte’s executive team. In this capacity, she provides high-level administrative and logistical support—coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, documentation, and internal communications with precision and discretion.
In addition to her roles at EmCyte, Marissa serves as Secretary for the Gulf Coast Biologics Training and Education Center. There, she supports the operational and administrative needs of the center, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, correspondence, file organization, and customer service for training participants and staff.
