Refund Policy

At Gulf Coast Biologics (GCB), we value your commitment to continued learning and aim to provide a smooth, flexible experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our training programs and services.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for the following services, provided certain conditions are met:

  • In-person regenerative medicine training at the GCB facility
  • Online ultrasound training tools (if purchased as a standalone product)
  • In-office ultrasound training sessions

 

In-Person and In-Office Training Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Requests made 14 days or more before the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Requests made within 7–13 days of the scheduled training date may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative or scheduling fees.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date, or failure to attend a confirmed session, are non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of the training date.
  • GCB will work with you to find a new, mutually agreeable date.
  • If no suitable reschedule can be confirmed, a full refund may be issued.

 

Cancellations by GCB

In rare instances where GCB must cancel or reschedule a training session due to trainer availability, facility conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule, apply the credit to a future session, or receive a full refund.

 

Digital Products (Online Training Tools)

  • Refunds for online training tools may be issued only if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing or streaming any part of the course.
  • Once accessed, digital products are considered non-refundable.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • GCB is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
